Job description
1. Identify and analysis non-life insurance claims including property, motor vehicle and other insurance.
2. Investigate and verify claim information.
3. Coordinate and process claim documents, including claim forms, damage reports, and other evidence.
4. Work with the team to improve the claims process and customer experience.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to resolve claims.
Qualification
1. Have a Bachelors Degree in Insurance, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the field of non-life insurance claims or related positions.
3. Having professional certification in the insurance field is preferred.
4. Able to communicate both orally and in writing, to interact with clients and related parties.
5. Have the ability to negotiate in resolving claims and reaching fair agreements.
6. Can speak English or Mandarin is preferred.
